Elizabeth Petty

Elizabeth Petty is an accomplished Account and Project Manager with over 15 years of experience in the computer software industry, excelling in client relationship management, strategic planning, and delivering exceptional service across Event Planning, Customer Service, Enterprise Software, E-commerce, and Data Analytics. 

Elizabeth's tech career began as a Project Manager at Eleven Software, managing multiple simultaneous projects and implementing up to three new software installations daily. Later serving as Account Manager at Avenue Code in San Francisco, managing complex client accounts and ensuring team efficiency.

Most recently at Field Automated Communication Systems (FACS), Elizabeth leveraged extensive background experience to support client needs, optimize software implementations, and enhance customer satisfaction through strategic account management and data analysis, and was able to effectively communicate the value of enterprise software solutions, ensuring clients received tailored solutions for their business objectives.

Prior to entering project management, Elizabeth explored entrepreneurship as Proprietor of East Side Spirits in Portland, Oregon, gaining valuable insights into customer engagement and business operations. 

Elizabeth holds an Associate of Arts degree in Chemistry and Liberal Arts from Santa Barbara City College and strengthened their analytical skills during six+ years as a Lab Assistant at UC Santa Barbara, operating analytical instruments and preparing samples for the Marine Science Institute.  In addition, Elizabeth is a member of PMI (Project Management Institute) and is currently completing the PMP certification.
